Returns
Return anything within 60 days, worn or not, as long as it’s clean. Use the prepaid label in the box. Refunds go back within five working days of it arriving.
Exchanges for size
Start a return and place a new order for the size you need, so you don’t wait for the first parcel to come back.
Repairs
Broken zips, torn seams and worn cuffs are repaired at the cost of parts, for as long as you own the garment. Damage from a manufacturing fault is repaired free.
